3 Types of Services
Training Session - one-on-one session with Katie including instruction and guidance through your personalized workout plan. Each session lasts one hour and can be held in your home or at Katie's studio. Training sessions can be physical training like using weights or can be a counseling session such as nutrition and diet.
Fitness Plans - Success starts with a plan. Let Katie design a workout plan to get you started and motivate you to train on a regular basis in your home or at Katie's studio. Katie’s workout plan comes complete with easy to understand manual of diagrams, goal sheets and more.
On-Line Training Session - one-on-one session over the internet using applications like Zoom or FaceTime with Katie. Includes instruction and guidance through your personalized workout plan.
